– hereinafter referred to as “Provider”, “we”, or “Rideful” –

1. Scope and Service Description

1.1 Service: Rideful is a SaaS application that allows users to create, visualize, and manage dressage routines primarily for the game "Star Stable Online" (SSO). The service creates visual representations of arena paths and movements.

1.2 Fan Tool Disclaimer: Rideful is an independent fan project. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Star Stable Entertainment AB, or any of its subsidiaries or its affiliates. The official Star Stable website can be found at www.starstable.com.

2. Access and Account Types

2.1 Guest Access (Local Storage): Users may use Rideful without an account ("Guest Mode"). In this case, all data (routines, settings) is stored exclusively in the user's browser (Local Storage). If the browser cache is cleared, this data is irretrievably lost. The Provider has no access to this data.

2.2 Registered Account (Cloud Storage): Users may register an account to save projects in the cloud (Firebase). This allows access from multiple devices and permanent storage.

2.3 Age Verification: By using Rideful, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old or have the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian to use this service.

3. Account Usage & Prohibited Conduct

3.1 Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

3.2 No Account Sharing: Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited. A user account may only be used by one natural person. Sharing login data with other individuals (e.g., for a club account) constitutes a breach of contract and may lead to immediate suspension.

3.3 Abuse: You agree not to use Rideful for any illegal purposes, to harass others, or to reverse-engineer the software.

4. Subscription & Payments

4.1 Paid Features: Certain features (e.g., unlimited routines, advanced export) require a paid subscription.

4.2 Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store financial data.

4.3 Billing Cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) until canceled.

4.4 No Refunds: As Rideful offers immediate access to digital goods and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or if you simply change your mind. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

4.5 Problems: In case of technical billing errors (e.g., double charges), please contact support@rideful.de for individual resolution.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Waiver)

For Consumers in the EU:

You generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. However, regarding the purchase of digital content/services (the Rideful Subscription):

By concluding the purchase, you expressly agree that we shall begin the execution of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you strictly lose your right of withdrawal once the execution of the contract has begun (access to Premium features).

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Rideful IP: The Rideful code, the custom 3D arena visualization engine, and the application design are the intellectual property of Endersky UG.

6.2 Third Party Assets: Background images (e.g., the arena ground texture screenshot) may be assets of Star Stable Entertainment AB and are used solely for reference purposes under Fair Use / Fan Content principles. We make no claim of ownership over SSO assets.

6.3 User Content: You retain the rights to the choreographies you create. By making a routine "Public", you grant Endersky UG a license to display and host this content.

6.4 Audio Files: Users may load audio files into the application player. Audio files are processed locally in the browser and are NEVER uploaded to our servers. The user is solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to use the audio file.

7. Liability

7.1 Limitation: Endersky UG is liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).

7.2 Data Loss: We are not liable for data loss, especially for Guest Users (Local Storage) or if the user fails to perform backups/exports.

8. Termination

Users can delete their account at any time by contacting support. The Provider reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these T&Cs (especially Account Sharing) without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

This contract is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
